On this post I've included the preliminary sketches that I did as I worked out some of my ideas for this character. If you look closely you can see where I cut the head off one piece of paper and taped it on to another thus allowing me to play with the length of the neck. I used these sketches as a guide to create the final version - - which I first drew in pencil and then completed with markers and a little white color pencil.
